Yes, we offer the possibility of changes and returns in case our clients are not satisfied with their order.

If you wish to make a change, you can do so free of charge within 15 days of receiving the product. To do this, you must contact us by email hola@clotsybrand.com and provide us with the details of the product you wish to change with your order number and the new product you wish to receive. Once we have received the original product in perfect condition, we will proceed to send the new product to the indicated address.

Regarding returns, these can be made within 15 days of receiving the product. However, we must mention that the return management costs will be deducted from the price of the original order (in the peninsula €1.90). In other words, the amount to be returned to the customer will be the original price of the product minus the corresponding shipping and management costs.
