Yes, we offer the possibility of exchanges and returns in case our clients are not satisfied with their order.

If you wish to make an exchange, you can do so free of charge within 15 days of receiving the product. To do so, you must contact us by email at hola@clotsybrand.com and provide us with the details of the product you wish to exchange with your order number and the new product you wish to receive. Once we have received the original product in perfect condition, we will proceed to send the new product to the address indicated.

As for returns, these can be made within 15 days of receiving the product. However, we must mention that the costs of handling the return will be deducted from the price of the original order (in the peninsula €4.90).
